Goodwin House is regularly inspected by the relevant statutory authorities and is fitted with fire alarms and safety equipment. For the comfort and safety of our guests we do not allow smoking on the premises.

Booking ------ We require card details to secure the booking (Please note we do not accept American Express) Should you cancel the booking between the date made and your arrival date then a deposit of £ 25.00 per person will be debited to the card details held. FAILURE TO SHOW, at the time and date arranged will result in the TOTAL cost of the stay being charged to the card. Check-in : Check in is between 4-6pm , but should you expect to be outside of these times, you can call and arrange this with us . We understand there are sometimes traffic delays , but please CALL us to let us know . Please note we do not accept Check ins after 9.30pm Bookings over a Bank Holiday weekend are a minimum of 3 nights Bookings over a weekend are a minimum of 2 nights from Feb to Dec
